started to make IndexMemDic compatible with the rest

- use ParallelLoader in TableEndpoint
- implement some Index functions in IndexMemDicAncestor
  to make the view able to find it
- simplify compatibleOperators implementation for Indexes
- docs: add the put index request exemple
