fix Mojo::JSON compatibility

The Test::More `is_deeply` doesn't compare JSON::PP::Boolean to strings
`'1'` or `'0'` effectively. This limitation is not shared by
Cpanel::JSON::XS, which does not _use_ JSON::PP::Boolean like it says.
It, in fact, _re-implements_ JSON::PP::Boolean and provides more
overloads...
