<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/e610a76b3">Port extension config and update previously ported extensions

* Got rid of the ParserState object and absorbed into the
  ParsoidExtensionAPI class. At the same time, by making all those
  properties private, we effectively hide access to that
  Parsoid-internal state (that we were concerned about on the JS side).

* Updated previously ported extensions.
