Preserve ordering of allowed_sort_fields

- Convert allowed_sort_fields to an OrderedDict data structure to preserve
  ordering if an ordered data structure (e.g. a tuple of tuples)
  is provided.
- Store OrderedDict in internal _allowed_sort_fields
  attribute.
- Add ordereddict package as fallback dependency for python 2.4-2.6.
