Commit Message

Added code to validate TenantConfig API.

This will be done via a new endpoint in Webhook.
Unfortunetaly there is no easy way to integrate its validation code into existing framework, due to Golang being strongly typed.
It is still not that bad to spend lot of time reflecting.

Pull Request Pull Request #91: DANM 4.0 EP3: Validating and mutating Webhook is expanded with new rules to cover the newly introduced APIs
