* Add color customization to SilhouetteVisualizer

* Use 'set1' as default color scheme in sil. vis.

* Add documentation to color properties in sil.vis.

* Remove colormap attr, only use colors

* Clarify color options in docstring

* Remove legends from silhouette colors tests

* Remove unused import PALETTES

* increased tolerance for image comparison on windows for the test_colormap_as_colors_silhouette test

* added back  missing line for SilhouetteVisualizer changes
