Reported failures are happening due to the default rest
endpoint timeout to api/nsStats endpoints.
But fts endpoint failures from a blocked read on recentInfoCh
doesn&amp;#39;t seem to be a clean behaviour.
This change aims to prevent such read blocks by unblocking
the empty recentInfoCh reads by a timer expiry.
Upon such expiry, fts returns the previous recentInfo
information.
