Report system integration (#434)

* Report system integration

The server now uses the new report system instead of the teamkill-only report one

* Updated test

* Fix typo in sql query

* Added auto-generated description

* Removed "debug only" comment

* Added one more test for reported_user

* removed extra comma

* Fixed tests

* Use lastrowid to avoid firing a SELECT after the insert

* Added reported_user and moderation_report to models

* Use SQLAlchemy in mod reports

* Replaced Integer(10) with Integer

* Fix wrong reported_user model

* Use teamkiller name in case ID is wrong

* Cast player id to int before testing it

* Added test for the invalid teamkill report

* Added select to the imports

* Added login to the imported models

* Now awaiting fetchone properly

* Added checks for both reporter and offender id

* Added more tests
