Commit Message

refactor: root system, tests and categorization

- Use a root system instead of a single system
- Extract system initialization and controller creation
- Tests for those extracts, should be extended as systems and controllers are added
- Ignore runner methods to be used on startup for coverage (should be tested on api / docker tests)
- Categorize Controller tests as API to match model
