[Protocol] Support secrets in protocol (#2729)

* Support secrets in protocol

Support secrets in protocol. Users may need sensitive information
including password or API key in their jobs, `secrets` section is used
to help user hide those sensitive information in plain text and avoid
sharing.

* [Rest Server] Add secrets field in protocol (#2752)

Add secrets field in protocol, implement #2729:
* Update protocol schema
* Parse and render secrets field in commands/auth
* Support Docker login using secrets, remove credentials from `set -x` debug log
* Mask secrets field when storing yaml
* Add unit test for secrets rendering in protocol
* Split mask secrets function and add unit test
