Support multiple apis under the okanjo sdk
 * Removed jQuery provider
 * Changed API config options
 * Supports different APIs: api, farm, shortcodes
 * Updated api spec helper
 * Updated HTTPProvider to store configs of different apis by key
 * Changed Client route binder mechanism to make it easier for integrations
 * Added api value and setter to Query
 * Updated the resource/route templates to support namespaced resources
 * Added / updated unit tests, build process
