Pylint fixes in __init__.py

Update client.py to allow passing serverconfig_ arguments for use in generating redis configurations and store the values in the redis_server_config dictionary.

Update client.config to better check that the pid at the pid number is running.

Add docstrings to the exception classes

Remove duplicate test
