Add test for deleting a user who has made chages to objects

simple_history is supposed to set the FK value to NULL but that
fails on Postgres. Also triggers
django.template.exceptions.TemplateSyntaxError: Could not parse the remainder: '().history_user.username' from 'case.history.latest().history_user.username'
