Simplify design for easy mobile bindings (#16)

* DESIGN.md: API compat vs maintenance trade offs

This commit describes in the design document the trade-offs
between strict API compatibility with the existing APIs and having
to write more code to generate such strict API.

As discussed in #15 we are going to lean towards less strict API
compatibility and less maintenance burden.

* Let gomobile bind generate getters and setters

I have yet to figure out a way of doing this that works with iOS without
the need of copying the sources. There are many possible ways of doing
this, and I'll see to implement some in the next commits.

* Make DESIGN.md consistent with prototype
