* chore(refactor-project): refactor-code

- install babel
- install jest
- change from require to import
- removes mocha, chai and chai-http used for tests
- migrates tests to employ jest and supertest for testing
- adds files to .gitignore
- remove mocha, chai, chai-http
- add supertest
- update test assertions for jest
- refactor tests
