BL-883 Move updates (#1181)

- Use Tuttleman Circulation Desk as the library name for items in reserve location
- Change pickup location name from Paley to Tuttleman
- Remove MEDIA from possible pickup locations
- Allow items to be picked up at Tuttleman by removing MAIN and ASRS from campus definitions
