Enhancement/issue 193 424 skip row delete (#587)

* Add test for removing data via selectRowDelete

* Add failing test for skipping deletion via onRowsDelete

* Add ability to prevent row deletion when return value is false

Must be strictly equal to false to prevent accidentally triggering through undefined returns

* Add demonstration of new functionality  for example
