Retain null values set on proxied classes

Ensure when a LinkedResource-annotated property on a proxy is set to a
null value, the null is retrieved correctly when interrogating the
property subsequently. Previously if a property was set to null,
subsequent accesses erroneously re-retrieved the relation.

Fixes #30.
