Merge branch 'master' into coverity_scan

* master: (106 commits)
  Travis: Fix finding libc++ __cxa_uncaught_exception by including libcxxabi/include in the path.
  Travis: libcxxabi requires libcxx
  Travis: Build and install libc++abi to try fixing the cppunit crash
  Use new cppunit 1.13.2
  Make UnitRunner verbose when V is set
  Travis: Install cppunit to /usr
