Fix type specs for Cachex.expire and Cachex.fetch

When a function has an optional argument, the type of the default
value needs to be included in the @spec, otherwise Dialyzer concludes
that the function can never return if called without specifying that
argument.  Let's mention nil explicitly in the type specs to avoid
that problem.
