Feature/show done stories (#543)

* Create past iteration model

* Create past story request actions

* Fetch past stories on sprint click.

Sprint component will try to fetch its past stories when sprint needs to
fetch and a function to fetch stories is provided.

* Handle getting past stories

receivePastStories action creator causes stories reducer to append
new stories to state. pastIterations reducer will keep the ids of the
stories in the pastIteraion state and they are used for selecting the
done column stories in the rselect selector.

* Test fetching done column stories

Test the action creators as well as the selector for done sprints and
the sprint component

* Update changelog

* Refactor pastIterations_spec.js
