<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/be9acc66a">Improve error handling when running PHP code in hybrid mode

Clone stderr so we immediately see stderr output, even if the JS
side crashes.

If the spawn had a problem, it will set res.error and res.stdout/res.stderr
are not guaranteed to be non-null.  Handle this case more-or-less gracefully.
