ReactView/StatefulReactView: Fix teardown hook

This update fixes the initialization of `ReactView` from `StatefulReactView`
to ensure the `teardown` hook (ReactDOM unmounting) gets properly called.

The solution was to fire the (prototype) `initialize` method on the newly
created `ReactView`, rather than the original `View` argument from the
`StatefulReactView` factory function.
