implement LogitNormal univariate distribution (#851)

* implement LogitNormal univariate distribution

* implment logitnormal mean and variance

* handle edge cases  in numerical integration

* remove dot on scalar operations

* pass kwargs to mean inside var in logitnormal

* make estimateVariance type stable

* simplify var(LogitNormal)

* find logitnormal mode by optimization

* allow older Optim version

* Update REQUIRE

allow for older versions of Optim

* remove dependency on Optim

* remove tmpF () development code

* remove logitnormal statistics completly

mean, mode, and var, skewness, kurtosis, entropy

Will result in MethodError and provide for the possibility to implment them
in other packages

* Update src/univariate/continuous/logitnormal.jl
