Ft allow flight ticket booking#164068705 (#6)

* Adds test for flight ticket booking

* Creates a Ticket model to be used for creating tickets.

* Creates an endpoint from which users can book flight tickets.
Creates a serializer to be used on this endpoint.
Emails are also sent to this users on the background using threads.

* Ensure a user can not cancle a reservation that has a paid booking

* Ensure the reservation status is active one a user has done a booking
