<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/5b33ea721">Hyrbid Testing: Tweak configs and runDOMPass.php for testing handlers

* This should simplify the task of testing DOM handlers.
* In many cases, this will still require some local dirtying of
  lib/wt2html/DOMPostProcessor.js to unbundle the handlers that need
  to be tested (from other handlers running in the same DOMTraverser).
