Avoid passing string lengths around in NativeCalculator method calls

Benchmarks show that it is faster to call strlen() again in the method, rather than passing lengths as parameters. This is explained by the fact that STRLEN is now a single opcode in PHP 7, and that pushing additional function parameters to the stack consumes opcodes as well.
