Disallow special names to be created in a contract (#540)

This PR disallows creating new names (defining via assignments or declaring fields / parameters) that being with `_`. Only scilla in-built special names (such as `_balance`, `_sender` etc) will be allowed.

* Disallow special names to be created in a contract

* Fix for underscored bound variables in pattern-matching

* Allow e.g. map[key] := _sender

* Add test for inplace map update
