Add an option to force disable using AWS to get configuration from the parameter store (#52)

Also add environment variables to disable mapping of the home and temp folders
AWS_NO_HOME == --no-home
AWS_NO_TEMP == --no-temp
AWS_NO_AWS == --no-aws
