Fixes for openaps-packages.sh in dev (#1247)

* Fix up openaps-packages.sh

-Remove calls to oref0-bash-common-functions.sh
-Add `die()` to the script so critical errors will stop the install
-Use nodesource (installs nodejs+npm) on all platforms except armv6 (pi0)

* Use `dev` openaps-packages instead of $BRANCH

* Update npm to latest on armv6

This will update the pi0 to a version of npm that installs to `/usr` (like it does on the edison and pi2/3).
