Refactor ECEIS encryption to use elliptic instead of eccrypto

eccrypto's browser implementation didn't work for messages longer
than a few characters so this commits refactors the encryption
to use the elliptic package directly instead. The code is inspired
by a mix of eccrypto and eth-ecies.
