fix: Use React.Children.toArray to prune null children in TabGroup  (#517)

* fix(TabGroup): Use React.Children.toArray to prune null children

* test(TabGroup): use a conditional to render a null tab.

This improves the readability of why the test exists.  As it is a real life scenario.

* feat(TabContent): remove getting tabcontent key from child id.

Use the loop index instead. I could not create any issue with using the index and dynamic tab content values with my experiments
