* Removing sml sync file (no longer using sherlock!)

this also fixes test issues on macos

* using poetry for packaging

* no longer use editable install

* Switch to src/ structure

* upgrade pip

* debug travis by removing qq

* remove screenshot!

* check black formatting!

* fix black formatting

* ignore gitignore

* Update travis pipeline

* skip installs on static code analysis

* Add a deploy stage to pypi
