Remove a workaround for a Challonge API bug
The tournaments.json endpoint used to return a JSON object instead of
an empty array if the user had no tournaments.  Challonge recently fixed that
bug, so the API now returns an empty array.  That means that I can remove some
code that worked around that bug.
This change isn't listed in Challonge's changelog, so I don't know exactly
when it was fixed.
