woodpecker: add pprof endpoints to metrics server. (#100)

The existing HTTP server allows exposing Prometheus metrics. To improve  visibility into the Go runtime its helpful to also have access to `pprof` information through this HTTP server.

This PR updates `woodpecker.initMetrics` such that the returned HTTP server will use a `http.ServeMux` that direct metrics requests to the correct Prometheus handlers and `pprof` requests to the `pprof` handlers.

Resolves https://github.com/letsencrypt/ct-woodpecker/issues/81
