[#160] Logic/commands: implement `planner_remove` command (#162)

Users can add/move modules around the degree plan freely, but are unable
to remove modules from the degree plan.

Let's implement planner_remove to enable the users to remove module(s) 
and their co-requisite(s) from the degree plan.
