Logic: add new `reset` command (#214)

* Logic: add new `reset` command

We are able to reset the application to load with the sample data by 
deleting the JSON save files. However, this may be confusing for a user!

Let's create a new command `reset` to allow users to reset the 
application to to load the sample data, and add new unit test to ensure 
that the `ResetCommand` is working as intended.
