couple of tidy ups following previous @MapsId PR (#787)

* handle Entities which have their ID mapped via a column in another table (@MapsId)

*  add unittest for @MapsId handling

* add unittest for MapsId annotation

* fix checkstyle errors

* refactor to put MapsId analysis into EntityBinding class

* add isIdGenerated() tests for EntityBinding

* Update changelog.md
