handling CalledProcessError, among other exceptions (#4)

* allowing breakout from infinite failure loops

* added debug logging and fixed long-standing arithmetic error

* account for a seconds -> milliseconds conversion needed when retrieving time.time()

* catching all exceptions when calling redis, for debugging purposes

* still repeatedly trying to delete pods, but verifying that pod still exists between each attempt

* clean up secondary redis exceptions

* catch both ConnectionError and redis.exceptions.ConnectionError

* patched tests invovling _get_pod_string or kubectl calls, and added test__make_kubectl_call

* adding traceback info for exceptions

* replace subprocess with kubernetes client (#9)

* first attempt at using a kubernetes client instead of subprocess

* set kubernetes.client.rest logging to INFO

* log timings for kubernetes commands.

* no need to install kubectl
