iproto: revert packet boundary checking for iprooto

nginx_upstream_module encodes extra HTTP POST parameters as extra fields
in msgpack map. These parameters are expected to be ignored.
Unfortunately, one of our clients depends on this faulty behaviour.
Revert the error checking until nginx upstream is fixed.
