Storage: improve storage data integrity checks (#204)

Our application assumes data integrity of all modules, requirement
categories and degree planner to function properly.

Although there are some checks in place to ensure that data are not
tampered with (unintentionally or otherwise), there is still room for
improvement to make the checks more comprehensive.

Let's update Storage component to use Jackson-friendly adapted objects
instead of primitive types (e.g. String should not be used for storing
Name, but rather, a custom JsonAdaptedName should be used), and
implement more data integrity checks throughout data deserialization.
