#97 media types (#116)

* mapping media types #97 
* adding in the library check for 007 byte1
* media type facet does not need to be stored
* Docvalues (#117)
* Not storing fields that are not displayed anywhere in the application will reduce the size of the solr collection.
* Renaming facet fields so they are treated separately, with docvalues
* updated access_facet field name for in_the_library check, also updated rubocop todo
* removing _sim from media_type_facet
* get rid of process_media_types, call media type processor class from psulib_config
moving media types specs out of custom_spec.rb
* Refactored. Media type processing dependency on access facet is clearer and less buried now
* Reducing the number of objects instantiated by about 14 million ;)
