UI: update `DegreePlannerCard` to indicate `Special Semester Term` (#198)

UI: update `DegreePlannerCard` to indicate `Special Semester Term`

The application UI displays Semesters 3 and 4, but does not indicate 
that Semesters 3 and 4 are special semester terms 1 and 2 respectively.

This may confuse users who are unfamiliar with our application, as we 
use 3 and 4 to indicate special semesters terms 1 and 2 respectively. 

Let's update the UI to indicate special semester terms as:
* `Semester 3 (Special Semester Term 1)` instead of `Semester: 3`
* `Semester 4 (Special Semester Term 2)` instead of `Semester: 4`
