<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/4edc7edc7">Fix bad return in onlyinclude handler

* TokenHandler.processTokensSync expects modified tokens to
  be returned in the tokens array { tokens: [...] }.

* NoIncludeOnly&#39;s onAny handler didn&#39;t respect this protocol
  and effectivly caused the returned &lt;meta&gt; tag to get lost.
  It turns out that it didn&#39;t really matter because the meta
  tag is a placeholder used for round tripping and VE edits
  that involved editing &lt;onlyinclude&gt; tags are likely extremely
  rare.

* Fixed parser tests to reflect the correct output.
