[#132] Logic/commands: implement `requirement_list` command (#133)

Our application does not allow users to view or list the requirement 
categories and their modules.

This makes it difficult for users to know what modules are in which 
requirement category, or how many modular credits they have fulfilled.

To address these issues, let's add `requirement_list` command to allows 
users to be able to view all the requirement categories, also also 
overhaul the UI to display all the requirement categories as well.
