Currently at work thus only a comment about the bug is added.
Soon a fix will be available.
Bug Description: 
In case the user provide shoutcloud and i18n parameters in the random method, the if statement chat checks the total number of arguments against the total number of arguments in every link of the RESP API will fail because the user argument will be at minimum three and at maximum five, thus an exception will raise because of no available action.
