image_processors.go: Add support for time-skewing

- ...allows us to bias images for a timezone requested by the user.
- Now use DataTimeOriginal rather than DateTime. We've seen DateTime be
  tweaked for timezone, but it's rare, unreliable, and, since EXIF
  doesn't accomodate timezones, it's dangerous, at best.
