Temporarily adding a script behind a flag - IHS/Markits on demand have provided this script for enabling stock/index based ad-targeting. We are investigating an API based solution that does not require a script - but for the short-term we'd like to test that we have a workable short-term solution as there is a tight-deadline for a high-value campaign. The script is behind a flag and scoped to companies/energy section, this will not be enabled for real users without further sign-off (#1398)
