Add EJB App packaging for Mac & Linux (#776)

Implement packaging of a EJB application into 
a distributable zip archive. This allows the user
to install a pre-built Exonum application
instead of building it themselves.

- Added a separate option --ejb-service-classpath to specify
  a classpath to service classes.

- The system classpath (Java Binding classes
  and its dependencies) is now determined at runtime
  (in `./lib/java` directory relative to EJB App location)
