Add zsh completions

A zshell completion script for StGit is found at completion/stgit.zsh.

Unlike the bash and fish completions, the zsh completions are manually
crafted. The rationale is that the author wanted to encode more knowledge
of option groups (e.g. stg branch [--list|--create|--rename|...]) and
mutually exclusive options (e.g. stg refresh -f/-m) than is encoded in the
command modules. Also, zsh completion code is arguably more complex than
either bash or fish completion code, so it was also unclear that the
economics of zsh code generation were favorable w.r.t. total lines of code
and maintenance burden. It would certainly be possible to revisit this
decision in the future.

N.B. zsh ships with a rudimentary completion script for stgit. These
completions are meant to supercede those. TBD whether these completions
should be upstreamed into zsh.
